Calvin Cambridge-Reynolds is the main protagonist in Like Mike. He was portrayed by Lil' Bow Wow.

Murph[]
Murph is Calvin's former best friend turned adoptive brother. They are in a group along with Reg. Murph is always on Calvin's side no matter the situation. He is trusted by Calvin to protect his sneakers and he also goes along with his plan to get the sneakers off the poles. Calvin convinces Tracy to adopt him as well.
Reg Stevens[]
Reg is one of Calvin's best friends along with Murph. She is always on Calvin's side and goes along with his plan to get the sneakers off the poles. She is his main supporter besides Murph and is always there for him no matter what.
Tracy Reynolds[]
Tracy is Calvin's enemy turned friend turned adoptive father. Calvin gets invited to play one-on-one with him during half-time and to Tracy's surprise, Calvin beats him. He gets angry or rather jealous that Calvin seems to play better than him and gets picked on for such. After that, Calvin gets drafted to play for the NBA and is placed in the same room as Tracy. This makes them bond more. Calvin even saves Tracy from getting suspended after accidentally takes a sleeping pill instead of his allergy pills, he drives Tracy home himself and gets benched for joyriding. Tracy admires his work and from there they start to build their relationship as friends. After Calvin gets into some issues with Mr. Bittleman, he goes to Tracy's place and Tracy helps him with geometry. Murph comes over as well and they all bond. Tracy then adopts Calvin and Murph as his sons. Calvin grows up and has a daughter and teachers her basketball
Ox[]
Ox is Calvin's bully turned acquaintance. The first interaction we see between them is Ox picking on him and plays a basketball game with him, Calvin loses. After this, Ox throws Calvin's sneakers up into the air and Calvin is unable to get them. He tries to steal Calvin's stub to play with Tracy and even joins in a plot to sabotage his game. After Calvin convinces Ox to join his side, however, they aren't seen fighting after that.However, some fans have created their own web comics that imagine what Calvin’s life would be like as an adult, and some of them involve him having a daughter and teaching her basketball. For example, you can check out this web comic by Dan and Tom Heyerman, who drew four strips of Calvin passing on Hobbes to his daughter, Bacon. They tried to capture the spirit of the original comic, while also showing how Calvin has grown up and changed Tracy renolds is 80 now but still teaches basketball like when he was 50 years old
